Alternatives If You Don't Qualify for Traditional Mortgage

March: Time To Buy!

On-Top Realty, Inc. Website Goes Live!
We have officially launched On-Top Realty, Inc.'s new website at www.On-TopRealty.com. We are fortunate to have Victor Orellana as web developer for this new website. The logo was designed by graphic designer Jacob Greif (http://www.jacobgreif.com).
On-Top Realty, Inc. is a new name in the real estate market, but even though the name is new, the principals and sales brokers have a wealth of knowledge and experience. That experience includes over 40 years working and running a commercial property management and development company, with experience in retail operations and the training to establish the value of an active business.
The company has one principal with 12 years of experience in home construction and remodeling. That experience is available to buyers that may want to modernize an available house. The company also has a sales broker with several years of experience who understands today’s market. The company will add more sales staff as we find the right people to create and add to a knowledgeable and dynamic sales force.
